something you like but would like it in a different wood, you may order it by the same number, but
please specify which wood you would like. Since each item has a 'serial number', the custom made

I accept Cash, Money Orders, Bank/Cashier's Checks,
Mastercard and Visa. Payments made by personal check will
have to be cleared by the bank before I will ship any items. I
will accept COD orders on a cash only basis and the COD
charges will be added to the invoice. Orders shipped to
Maryland addresses will be charged sales tax. I have a flat fee
shipping charge of $5.00 per order to addresses in the USA and
ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you would like overnight delivery
or shipped by a different carrier, you will be charged the
prevailing rate.
Overnight, Express Mail Service will cost about $20.00
Since I hate this practice myself, your credit card number WILL
NOT BE STORED in my database.

Items that I have in stock will be shipped within 48 hours after I receive the order.
Custom Made items and special order items will be shipped in 2 to 4 weeks after I
receive the order. This is due to the fact that I need to make these items. I will need a
credit card number or a 50% deposit before I put these items into production. These
items will be charged to your credit card when I ship them.

cannot guarantee they will
be the exact color that is
shown. This is the reason I
like my customers to see
before they buy. If you are
unsatisfied with any of my
products, return them
within 14 days and I will
refund your money less the
shipping charges and a
20% restocking fee. My
guarantee is limited to
repair or replacement of a
defective product within a
reasonable amount of
time. Expendable items
such as refills, leads,
erasers are not warranted.
Since wood is a "living"
product, I will only replace
the item due to severe
cracking.

DAMAGES CAUSED BY INK
OR MISUSE.

refer to the plated parts, not
the pen barrels. It is almost
impossible to replace
these without damaging
the wood. If you have any

it. All platings will
eventually wear off, some
just take longer. Check out
